If you have a child that sufferers with moderate to severe eczema and they can identify with at least three of the items listed below, your child is a candidate:
Families will have the ability to apply for a grant once a year. The grant may be used to help offset medical costs associated with eczema. We will also provide a travel grant to one severe youth eczema suffer to a destination that is beneficial for skin relief. Applicants are selected based on need and other criteria detailed in the application.
Please fill out the form to request the application for grants. Once submitted you will be contacted within 5-7 Business days.
Applications deadline is August 1st annually. Selected recipient(s) will be notified by August 31st.
